Biodegradable Raw Materials and Products
In the recent 20~30 years, the plastic materials have widely replaced metal,
glass, paper, etc. due to its advantages in low price, easy processing,
low energy consumption, aesthetics, ability to endure impact, light weight,
durable, etc, a variety of plastic goods have comprised 32% of the daily use
products. Most of today's plastics and synthetic polymers are produced from
petrochemicals. As conventional plastics are persistent in the environment,
improperly disposed plastic materials are a significant source of environmental
pollution, potentially harming life.
We are supplying biodegradable raw materials and products made from agricultural resources corn starch:
These products are based on the replacement for one-time use plastic products
as our objective, in conforming to the global environmental protection demand
as our target, in which our products have the following characteristics:
- After disposal, in the natural burying environment, by oxidative
degradation, within 60-90 days the micro-organisms start to decompose
the plastic and convert it to carbon dioxide, water and biomass without
affecting ecological environment.
- Dioxin will not be generated during incinerating process with low burn
heat that reduces the atmospheric greenhouse effect as well as prolongs
the life of the incinerator and conserves fuel.
- With none toxic raw materials and finish products, which will not
create pollution during the manufacturing process; meets CNS ISO
environmental standards, not containing traditional (PE, PP, PVC, PS)
commodity plastics.
- Using natural cornstarch as the main production material with abundant
source of supply; resources are renewable without the waste in petroleum,
woods, etc.
- With comprehensive property can be applied on conventional machines
such as traditional blowing film, blow molding, injection molding,
sheet extrusion, foaming for direct operation.
